Returns & Replacements
 
Team Tiki (Miki, Kelly & Stella) want you to be 100% happy and satisfied with every item you purchase from TikiPaws. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns for website credit, exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. Shipping & Handling is non-refundable. TikiPaws reserves the right to refuse any return at our discretion.  Please allow 15 business days for us to process your returns. If, for any reason, you receive damaged or defective items, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product. Payment

TikiPaws accepts Visa, Mastercard & American Express. In accordance with California state law, TikiPaws only charges sales tax on those orders shipping within California.  All orders shipping outside of California will not be charged sales tax.
